1. What information we collect

• Account information (name, email, password)
• Organization information (org name, member data entered by admins)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe, we never store card details)
• Usage data (how you use the platform)

2. How we use your information

• To provide and improve the Kinaara platform
• To send transactional emails (dues reminders, invites, announcements)
• We do not sell your data to anyone
• We do not use your data for advertising

3. How we store and protect your data

• Data stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS)
• All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Row-level security ensures organizations cannot access each other's data

4. Member data and organization admins

• Organization admins control member data within their organization
• Members can update their own profiles and communication preferences
• Members can request deletion of their data by contacting their org admin or emailing us

5. Communications

• We send transactional emails only (no marketing without consent)
• Members can unsubscribe from org communications at any time
• We use Resend for email delivery

6. Third-party services

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Vercel (hosting)
